Parking facilities are today characterized by absolutely minimal - or no staffing at all.
This is due to the sharp focus on costs that are crucial to ensuring
profitability in this area. Effective and competitive P-system solutions
must therefore be fully automated - with regular oxygen and carbon monoxide air measurements
to turn on and off the often very large fans needed to remove the impure air.
Some parking facilities are partially open to fresh air while others are closed, e.g. in
cellars with several decks, where the load from exhaust gases can be considerable.
Basically, the requirements are the same: carbon monoxide detectors - and immediately
ventilated before exceeding hazardous values.
